MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS

Subscription Information

When you sign up for a membership with Melie's Kitchen, you’re gaining access to exclusive content and features designed to enhance your experience. To ensure transparency and a smooth process, please review the terms that apply to your subscription below.

By purchasing a membership, you agree to the following terms:

  1. Membership Duration: Memberships are available on a monthly, quarterly, or yearly basis. The term of your membership starts on the billing date selected during sign-up and automatically renews until canceled.

  2. Automatic Renewal: Your membership will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled at least 7 days before your renewal date.

Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your membership at any time by accessing your account. However, refunds will not be given for partial months, and you will retain access until the end of your current billing cycle.

  1. Payment Methods: Payments will be automatically charged to the card on file. If a payment fails, you will lose access to the membership until payment is updated.

  2. Rollover Policy: Unused content credits (if applicable) will roll over for a maximum of 30 days. After this, they will expire.

  3. Non-Transferability: Memberships are personal and non-transferable. You cannot share or transfer your membership benefits to another person. You agree to keep your user name and password secure and not share it with any other person.

  4. Price Changes: Melie's Kitchen reserves the right to increase membership prices annually to take account of cost increases and inflation. You will be notified at least 30 days in advance of any price changes. 


Cancellation & Refunds

  1. Cancellation Notice: You may cancel your membership with at least 7 days' notice prior to your renewal date. Access to premium content will remain available until the end of your current billing period.

  2. Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused periods of your membership. In cases of dissatisfaction, a credit may be offered at our discretion.

  3. Payment Failures: If a payment is not successfully processed, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access until the issue is resolved.

  4. Termination: We reserve the right to terminate your membership if you are in breach of these terms and conditions. No refunds will be available for termination in this situation.

GIFT CARDS AND PACKAGES

  1. Gift Cards: Gift cards are available for purchase online and are not redeemable for cash. Gift cards are non-transferable and must be used within the stated expiration period (usually 12 months or the statutory minimum time period).

  2. Packages and Offers: Promotional packages are non-refundable and non- transferable. All purchases are final.

  3. Introductory Offers: Special introductory offers are for new customers only and cannot be combined with other discounts.

USER RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Health and Safety: Melie's Kitchen content, including recipes and tips, is for informational purposes only. Please consult a professional (e.g., nutritionist or medical provider) if you have any concerns about your ability to follow recipes or meal plans or have any food allergies or food intolerances.

  2. Data Accuracy: You must provide accurate personal information when signing up for services. Melie's Kitchen is not responsible for any issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.

  3. Use of Site: You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes and to respect the intellectual property rights of Melie's Kitchen, including recipes, images, and any written content.

SITE USAGE AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
